It features a heated confrontation between Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula regarding the latter’s relationship with the former’s ex-boyfriend, West Wilson. For the unversed, Amanda and West, both of whom have exes in the same show, confirmed their romance on March 31, 2026. It strained Amanda and Ciara’s relationship, which is evident from the April 2026 audio leak. Following that, Amanda’s ex-husband, Kyle Cooke weighed in on who might have been behind it.

After Amanda Batula and Ciara Miller‘s leaked audio got viral online, the former’s ex-husband, Kyle Cooke shared his views on the same. He criticised the incident, saying publicising someone’s private conversation without consent was “frustrating and annoying.” In a series of social media posts, Kyle addressed the “unfortunate” leak, dismissing theories that a cast member leaked the audio. Kyle shared that their phones are strictly confiscated and “tucked away behind a pillow” during filming. He even weighed in on the culprit’s motive, saying they wouldn’t have gained financially from the audio leak. Kyle stated:

“This was not a phone on set. If you have a phone on set, it’s stuck behind a pillow or couch cushion, so the cameras can’t see it. I don’t really see why anyone would gain [from] having leaked this. That goes for producers, crew [and] Bravo. This is someone clearly acting on their own. It doesn’t even look like that got paid because the audio clip is everywhere.”

Kyle Cooke believes the recording likely came from someone with access to the live feed on set who may have recorded audio coming from a speaker. He ruled out the possibility that someone on the hair and makeup team was behind the incident, as they are stationed away from the set. As per him, they would not be “risking their job” by leaking the cast members’ private conversations. Kyle further stated that the person responsible should “seek cover or counsel” as Bravo is conducting a “full-blown cyber investigation.”

According to Kyle, the showmakers were taking the issue “insanely seriously” and they would not stop until they found the culprit. He also mentioned it was such a “bummer” for the cast to face something like that after a long and “rough” day, spending hours filming the “intense” reunion episode. Regarding how the leaked audio would have been recorded, Kyle said:

“Someone took their phone and put it next to a speaker where there was a live feed. The audio itself from all the cast sounds like it’s audio from our mics. There’s no way you could put your phone on set and capture what you’re hearing in a way where it would make sense based on the seating chart.”

Summer House‘s team’s official statement regarding the audio leak

Following the leak of the audio recording from the Summer House Season 10 reunion taping, Bravo released an official statement on April 24, 2026, condemning the incident as a “serious breach of trust.” They mentioned taking the matter “very seriously” and considering the appropriate steps to be taken against the culprit(s) once they are found. The statement could be read as:

“The Summer House Reunion audio leak represents a serious breach of trust and a clear lack of respect for the cast, crew, and the integrity of the production process. We take this matter very seriously and have launched a full investigation and we will take appropriate action based on our findings.”
