‘RHOA’ Star, Porsha Williams Before And After Pictures Surface As TV Personality Returns To Show

Porsha Williams is widely known for being part of the popular show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She has returned to The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 17. For the unversed, RHOA Season 17 has started streaming on Bravo on April 5, 2026. Amid the excitement surrounding the RHOA OG star, Porsha’s return, her before-and-after pictures surfaced online. Do you know there were rumours that Porsha Williams underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)? Although she denied these rumours, Porsha has agreed to other surgical procedures.

When Porsha Williams sets the record straight about having a BBL

Since 2015, rumours have been rife that Porsha Williams underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). In 2015, the RHOA star appeared on the show, Watch What Happens Live, hosted by Andy Cohen. When Andy asked Porsha about the long-standing rumour, she playfully twerked it a bit to shut down the rumours. Later, on August 25, 2021, Porsha took to her Instagram handle to set the record straight about BBL and plastic surgery rumours. She wrote:

“PSA: If you have ass and have not had a lip or tummy tuck dis what your stomach and body will look like! Get whatever surgery you want, but at least remember that if you have a fupa or gut, it’s OK. I was just trying on my @amazon dress and figured I would share that.”

This move of Porsha was highly appreciated by her fellow Real Housewives franchise members. However, she received mixed reactions from the netizens. Appreciating her honesty, a user wrote, “Lol, facts all us moms from the side look the same with no lipo.” Another user commented, “Thank you for keeping it real. Teens should know this.” Questioning the RHOA star about the BBL rumour, a user wrote, “Be honest. Have you had a BBL before?” Giving a befitting reply, Porsha said, “Now why the hell would I be saying this if I had a BBL?”

Porsha Williams had a nose job without going under the knife

In 2016, Porsha Williams had a nose job done without going under the knife. Taking to her Instagram handle, the RHOA star shared a video getting injections of a hyaluronic acid filler to enhance a small portion of her nose. She thanked her doctor and popular celebrity cosmetic dermatologist, Simon Ourian. According to Simon, the procedure takes about 15 minutes, and usually the results are immediate. He mentioned that the result can be either semi-permanent or permanent. Simon added that the average cost of such a cosmetic procedure ranges from USD 1,900 to USD 4,900.

When Porsha Williams got candid about her breast augmentation journey

In April 2025, Porsha Williams revealed that she had plans to go under the knife to replace her implants from a previous breast augmentation surgery. The next month, in May 2025, the RHOA star shared a detailed video on her YouTube channel and documented her surgery. In the video, she was seen reminiscing on the last 10 years with her first set of breast implants. She said:

“I have to say, I’m going to miss you guys. We have breastfed together, we got married, we were travelling, we did photo shoots, we teased, we pleased, but y’all gotta go.” 

Later, in July 2025, Porsha Williams sat for an interview with People and got candid about her breast augmentation journey. The RHOA star shared that she never shied away from having conversations about plastic surgery. Porsha mentioned that earlier she named her implants as “Ben and Bob”, but as her chest had got an upgrade, she had renamed her implants as “Coco and Chanel”. It is worth mentioning that Porsha’s appearance in People’s interview was her first public appearance after getting her new implants. She was quoted as saying:

“I’ve never been one to shy away from plastic surgery conversations. I know a lot of Housewives tend not to want to be upfront about what they’ve had done. What’s so funny is I had called them Ben and Bob. Now that I have gotten an upgrade, it’s Coco and Chanel. They’re still very tender. This is their first appearance. I’m being very gentle with them. We’re going to go home, put some ice on, and relax. I’ve got to treat them nice. My new pups.”
