Karisma Kapoor’s Reaction Goes Viral As She Schools Paps While They Click Her, ‘Zoom Mat Karna…’

Karisma Kapoor is a renowned actress in the Bollywood industry. Coming to her personal life, Karisma is a mother of two kids, Samaira Kapur and Kiaan Kapur. She was married to the late businessman, Sunjay Kapur. Currently, Karisma’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, are fighting a legal battle to inherit their share in their dad’s estate, estimated at around Rs. 30,000 crore. For the unversed, Sunjay Kapur passed away on June 12, 2026, when he was 53. Amid this, a recent video of Karisma has gone viral on the internet.

This time, popular actress, Karisma Kapoor slammed paps while they were clicking videos of her. In a now-viral clip, Karisma was seen telling paparazzi not to zoom in too much while clicking the videos. She looked really upset while she schooled them. In her words:

“Zyada zoom mat karna.”

Karisma Kapoor was last seen in Netflix’s mystery-thriller, Murder Mubarak. She will be next seen in the TV reality show, India’s Best Dancer Season 5. Karisma will be one of the judges, along with Geeta Kapur, Terence Lewis, and Jaaved Jaaferi, on the dance reality show. She also has the series, Brown, in the pipeline. Karisma Kapoor opens up about her role in the series, Brown

In a 2023 interview with PTI, Karisma Kapoor opened up about her role in the series, Brown. The story of Brown revolves around ‘Rita Brown’, an alcoholic cop who teams up with a widower who has been living with guilt to solve a murder mystery of a young girl. Karisma shared that playing the character ‘Rita Brown’ was much different from what she had played in the past. Karisma highlighted that for the portrayal, she had to learn the Bengali language. She was quoted as saying:

“The role of Rita Brown is so different from what I have done (in the past). She is so raw, human, we all have good, bad, fantastic, flawed things within us. Besides, she goes through so many kinds of emotions, and all of that drew me to the show. She is dealing with a lot of things and we don’t get to see that on the screen. It was an interesting challenge to bring her about, to make her real. Besides reading the novel, I had many different kinds of coaching happening, like language and how to roll a cigarette as I am a non-smoker.”

Karisma Kapoor’s illustrious acting career

Karisma Kapoor made her acting debut with the film, Prem Qaidi. She gave numerous hits, including Jigar, Anari, Raja Babu, Andaz Apna Apna, Coolie No. 1, Saajan Chale Sasural, and Jeet. However, it was the 1996 film, Raja Hindustani, which marked a turning point in Karisma Kapoor’s career. She won the National Film Award and Filmfare Award for her role in the musical romance, Dil To Pagal Hai.

Karisma Kapoor tied the knot with Sunjay Kapur in 2003. The couple welcomed two children, Samaira and Kiaan. However, their marriage hit a rough patch, and in 2014, the couple filed for divorce. Later, in 2016, Sunjay and Karisma’s divorce was finalised. For those unaware, Karisma Kapoor accused Sunjay Kapoor of domestic abuse in her divorce plea. After the divorce, Sunjay went on to marry Priya Sachdev, while Karisma remained single. Sunjay and Priya dated for 5 years before getting married in 2017.
