Bonnie Blue had charges of outraging public decency dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service dropped after a shock stunt outside the Indonesian embassy in London.

Bonnie Blue has sparked controversy yet again after she had an outraging public decency charge against her was dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). The 26-year-old, whose real name is Tia Billinger, was charged over a lewd gesture she performed while stood outside the Indonesian embassy in London, back in December.

Surrounded by masked men, Bonnie Blue was filmed dragging an Indonesian flag along the ground and used her hand and mouth to simulate a sexual act.

Due to appear in court earlier this month to face a charge of outraging public decency, Bonnie Blue’s hearing was delayed after her lawyers made private representations that the charge should be dropped.

A CPS spokesperson has now confirmed the case has been thrown out, saying: “We have a duty to keep all live cases under review and, following a further review of this case, we concluded there was not a realistic prospect of securing a conviction.”

During the stunt, which occurred on December 15, 2025, Bonnie Blue was accused of “imitating oral sex on a male whilst in public”.

The incident followed her deportation from Indonesia after she and her entourage were arrested in Bali with accusations of illegally producing pornography.

Although she was released from Indonesian police custody without facing criminal charges, she was forced to pay a fine for traffic violations and deportation from the country.

The adult content creator is also banned from Indonesia for the next ten years amid claims from authorities she filmed a sex game. Bonnie Blue said her deportation from Bali was the reason she committed the lewd act outside the country’s London embassy.

“Yes, I got arrested in Bali for filming [mimicks sex act]. So that’s why I came to the embassy – so they would watch it in person,” the OnlyFans star said.

Speaking on the incident, the Met Police previously said: “The charge relates to an incident in Great Peter Street, Westminster, on Monday, December 15.

“An investigation took place, and a woman in her 20s was interviewed under caution on Tuesday, February 2. A referral was made to the Crown Prosecution Service, which subsequently authorised the above charge.”

It comes after she was forced to address confusion surrounding her recent “fake bump” prank after Bonnie admitted that part of it was deliberately designed to provoke a reaction.

While on holiday in Mexico, she revealed the much-discussed silicone baby bump she’d been sporting in recent clips was a prop, which she openly admitted to doing for “ragebaiting” purposes.

In a TikTok video that went viral, she said: “So, spring break is done, and I’m no longer going to need this fake bump so thank you for all you middle-aged dumb parents that fell for my rage bait, because not only has it paid for the villa, the sunshine but over 100million views and has made me £1million better off.”
