Katie Price has spoken out about an ex she was with over a decade ago, slamming him for being a “despicable person” despite admitting he was likely her most attractive partner

Katie Price has launched a blistering attack on one of her previous partners, branding him a “despicable” person more than a decade after their split. The former glamour model, 47, took aim at her ex-fiancé Leandro Penna while discussing past relationships on the latest episode of her podcast, The Katie Price Show.

Katie dated the Argentinian model after the pair met at Elton John’s Oscar party in 2011. Their whirlwind romance quickly made headlines, and the couple even got engaged when Leandro proposed during a romantic skiing trip.

However, the relationship eventually collapsed in October 2012, with reports at the time suggesting the pair struggled with long-distance and communication issues.

Now, 14 years later, Katie brought the relationship back up while chatting with her sister Sophie on The Katie Price Show. While opening up about her romantic past, she said: “Well, I’ve never had a one-night stand. Yeah. But one ex, I slept with the first night and was with him two weeks. I don’t even want to mention that.”

Her sister asked who she was referring to, and Katie bluntly replied: “Yeah, because you know which despicable person that is.” Despite her harsh words, Katie confirmed the romance lasted far longer than she may have initially expected.

“I was with him for two years, actually,” she admitted during the conversation. Sophie then revealed exactly who they were talking about, telling listeners: “Can I just say he was the best looking guy, I think you’ve been with personally. Well, do the listeners know? She’s on about Leandro Penner from Argentina.”

Katie agreed that her former fiancé’s appearance had certainly turned heads. “I couldn’t speak English, and he couldn’t speak Spanish, but I was still with him for two years. He was so good-looking,” she said.

She also recalled that he was good at fixing things around the house. But the star suggested the relationship ultimately ended badly, adding: “The only thing was that he destroyed everything.” In a statement at the time about the couple’s break-up, she said: “Leo and I have had a lovely fun time for a couple of years, but sometimes relationships just run their course.”

The former glamour model then abruptly shut the conversation down moments later, asking to move on. These days, Leandro seems to have left the world of entertainment behind.

He now reportedly runs a successful avocado business called Paltas Royale, which imports fruit into Chile and exports produce from Peru to markets around the world. Meanwhile, Katie remains firmly in the public eye and is preparing to reveal more about her turbulent life in a brand-new documentary series.

The four-part show, called Katie Price: Nothing to Hide, is being produced for Sky by Louis Theroux’s production company Mindhouse and promises an unfiltered look at the star’s decades in the spotlight.

In the trailer for the upcoming series, Katie asks viewers: “Shall we start with the good the bad or the ugly? I am what I am, but I have got nothing to hide. You can speak to anyone you like.” The series is set to explore Katie’s 30-year career as a media personality, including her relationships and public controversies.

Mindhouse co-founder Arron Fellows said that the documentary will revisit the many highs and lows of her life, describing it as “an unexpected re-appraisal of a woman many people feel they have already figured out”. The series is set to air later this summer.
