Lorna Hajdini Allegedly Invited Staffer For Drink, Reached His Apartment, He Delivered A Complaint

JPMorgan has been hitting the headlines with some serious allegations against its senior executives, Lorna Hajdini. Lorna has found herself in legal trouble as her fellow junior employee, identified as John Doe, filed a lawsuit against her, where he accused her of sexual assault, racial harassment, and drugging, among others.

It was on Monday, i.e. on April 28, 2026, when the complaint was filed by John Doe at the New York County Supreme Court. John Doe made some shocking allegations against Lorna, and according to his recent lawsuit, he also delivered a written complaint last year. Here’s what happened after his written complaint and what allegations are actually there against Lorna Hajdini.

As per the recent complaint, John Doe mentioned that it was on last May when he joined as VP/Director, and in the following month, Lorna was appointed to the team in a senior role. As per John, it began one day when Lorna dropped a pen next to his desk, squeezed his calf while picking it up, and made a comment. John Doe mentioned that following this incident, the advances started to grow, and it became more frequent.

It was that year in May, when Lorna allegedly invited John Doe for a drink, and as he refused, she threatened to ruin him. Allegedly, terms like ‘my brown boy’ were used to address him. According to the lawsuit, Lorna told John he would have to start pleasing her if he wanted to get promoted to the designation of executive director. As per the lawsuit, this harrasment eventually escalated to sexual assault. As per him, Lorna even admitted that she had drugged him without his knowledge. As per the same lawsuit, Lorna used her executive status to track every move of his by accessing his bank accounts. It didn’t even end there, as Lorna allegedly even showed up at John Doe’s apartment and made sexual advances at him.

John Doe expressed that he was not interested, and as a result, Lorna reportedly insulted his wife with racial slurs. In the lawsuit, John Doe mentioned how these overt sexual advances continued to happen from Lorna’s side in the workplace and in public. During an encounter back in 2024, Lorna allegedly yelled at her for not bringing her enough help to help her reach the position of Managing Director. She allegedly said:

“I f***ing own you! I will make you pay… Do you think you’re going to be in good standing if you do not have me in your corner. You really think [management]… want some Brown boy Indian leading Originations?… If you don’t f*** my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion.”

John Doe planned to leave JPMorgan last year, and he filed a complaint last year

When John Doe reportedly planned to leave the company, Lorna and other officials allegedly used ‘aggressive negative’ references after learning about his plans to encourage him to resign. It was in May 2025 that Doe delivered a written complaint to JPMorgan, where he complained about gender-based discrimination and harassment, and a pattern of severe sexual abuse. However, he started getting threatening phone calls after this. Following his report, he was reprimanded and put on involuntary leave, and was also locked out of the company system, as he shared. Back then, JPMorgan denied the claims from him, stating that an investigation took place.
