What happens to ‘Rue’ after the end of Episode 3?

As mentioned, the ending of the third episode of Euphoria Season 3 witnessed ‘Rue’ being stopped by the DEA. The law enforcement agency starts checking ‘Rue’s’ vehicle while she appears inside a police car. Drugs are discovered by a dog inside ‘Rue’s’ vehicle. She tries to tell the officers that she needs to attend the wedding while she is questioned about ‘Laurie.’

The DEA finds a photo of ‘Rue’ that was taken in Mexico, and the officers ask ‘Rue’ about her intentions to be in the place. The DEA is well aware of ‘Rue’s’ conversations with someone working for the cartel. Considering the situation where ‘Rue’ stands right now, she is expected to face severe punishment for the same. But the DEA tries to make things better for her, where they give her two options, which include being taken into custody or becoming a source of information for the authorities.

‘Rue’ agrees to help the DEA instead of being taken into custody

Shortly after her questioning by the DEA, ‘Rue’ enters the Silver Slipper club, and she does not pay attention to anything around her. She meets ‘Alamo,’ who believes that she was not wrong for everything that she did to ‘Paladin.’ ‘Rue’ appears scared, and it is revealed that she has an app on her phone, through which the DEA is going to find her location. Notably, the app was installed by the DEA. On the other hand, ‘Alamo’ starts having doubts when ‘Rue’ asks him if she should get in touch with the people she knows in Mexico.

What happened to ‘Nate’ and ‘Cassie’ after being attacked by ‘Naz?’

‘Nate’s’ toe was cut by ‘Naz,’ who had already intimated him and ‘Cassie’ in the third episode of Euphoria Season 3. While ‘Nate’s’ toe is now back on his feet, ‘Cassie’ is seemingly not ready to forgive him. But ‘Cassie’ is eager to know the loan amount and even asks ‘Nate’ about it. ‘Nate’ responds by saying that it is “between a little and a lot.” When ‘Cassie’ asks him about the amount, ‘Nate’ says that it is in millions.

‘Nate’ tries to control the situation by telling ‘Cassie’ to have faith in themselves and their love. However, ‘Cassie’ leaves as ‘Maddy’ advises something for her look. ‘Nate’ also tries to revive a construction project and is informed by the officials that nothing will happen until the environmental studies are over. While ‘Nate’ tries to convince them as he gets emotional, the efforts don’t work in his favour.

‘Rue’ finds herself trapped in a different situation

‘Rue’ is busy with the ‘Alamo’ on a poker, and the DEA continues to track her. The aim is to strike a big deal with ‘Alamo’ to ensure that the DEA can take him into custody. ‘Rue’ wins the game at one point. But ‘Alamo’ advises her to avoid any kind of hard drugs. The DEA is seemingly disturbed after listening to the same. ‘Rue’ is met by a stripper named ‘Kitty,’ who asks her for some ketamine. ‘Rue’ tries to know from ‘Kitty’ if the guys have done anything to her. ‘Kitty’ tells ‘Rue’ that everything is fine.

While ‘Rue’ leaves the club, she realises that she left her phone and she attempts to retrieve it from the office. However, ‘Big Eddy’ doesn’t allow her to enter and tells her that she did not maintain her boundaries while speaking to ‘Kitty.’ ‘Rue’ gets a call from her mother, but it is revealed to a DEA official, who tells her that she must do something to make ‘Magick’ look like a liar. ‘Rue’ is about to do that when masked men enter the club, and ‘Big Eddy’ is shot. ‘Rue’ tells ‘Bishop’ that ‘Big Eddy’ needs help. But ‘Bishop’ wants to find the people involved in the chaos. ‘Magick’ then checks the footage, and a woman appears in it. ‘Rue’ immediately identifies the lady as ‘Faye.’

What is ‘Cassie’ doing in between all the chaos?

‘Maddy’ wants ‘Cassie’ to get a makeover. ‘Cassie’ later moves into an apartment complex, where ‘Lexi’ is also staying. Notably, ‘Cassie’ pawns her wedding ring before the same. ‘Cassie’ and ‘Maddy’ go out together, with the latter praising ‘Cassie’s’ look. ‘Maddy’ tells ‘Cassie’ to try getting ‘Brandon’ attracted to her. ‘Cassie’ and ‘Brandon’ can be spotted dancing together, and ‘Maddy’ is seemingly planning ‘Cassie’s’ permanent split from ‘Nate.’ ‘Cassie’ and ‘Brandon’ are about to get intimate when ‘Maddy’ enters the room with a camera. ‘Cassie’ even reveals her identity to everyone, and her phone is now full of notifications. While ‘Maddy’ tells ‘Cassie’ to maintain the attention, the former’s intentions remain unknown.
