Amidst it, an old press conference of Vijay Thalapathy and Trisha Krishnan for their film, Leo, has been going viral. The couple had reunited after 15 years of being apart on-screen. During the press conference, Trisha called Vijay, who felt like meeting a school friend after a long time. Trisha added that there was the same kind of love and comfort. She even referred to Vijay as her ‘home’. Trisha said:

“Vijay.. It was like meeting a school friend again after long time. There was the same comfort, love, and friendship. In my 20-year career, the most long-term journey I had with a co-star was with Vijay. They say home is not a place, but a person.”

Vijay Thalapathy further praised Trisha Krishnan for staying on top for the past twenty years. He added that Trisha did it with beauty and a lot of energy. He even referred to her as ‘Princess Kundavai’. He was quoted as saying:

“It’s not easy for a young actress to stay at the top for 20 years, but Trisha did it with energy and beauty. She is our princess Kundavai. Best wishes to her.”

She looked gorgeous in a classy saree, and her presence added stars to the celebration. On the other hand, Vijay was dressed in a traditional cream-and-gold-hued ensemble.

The two actors’ appearance together right after the divorce grabbed immediate attention from viewers and attendees. The two looked relaxed in their body posture and unhinged about the controversies and allegations involving their names. They even left the venue together. However, their presence definitely left many in shock.

Recently, during a TVK rally, Vijay broke his silence on his divorce matter. However, he didn’t address his relationship buzz with Trisha. Vijay, in the rally without directly naming anyone, stated that some issues are running around, so people should not get hurt in the process of fighting those allegations. He was quoted as saying:

“There are some issues running around in the recent past, isn’t it? I see all of you busy fighting those allegations and getting hurt in the process. In fact, I get hurt when I see you get hurt. I will take care of all that. Let’s get involved in people’s problems. Don’t get hurt about that problem – it’s not worth bothering about. Be confident. Only good things will happen.”
