By suiting up and logging a minute in the contest, James became the first player in league history to play in 300 career playoff games.

James now has a 41 game lead over Derek Fisher, who played in the second-most playoff games in NBA history.

In his 300th playoff game, James tallied 23 points, 6 assists and 2 rebounds in 38 minutes of action.

While James will be happy with the history, he certainly won’t be happy with the ultimate outcome of the contest. With the loss, the Lakers now trail the defending-champion Thunder 0-2 in the best-of-seven second-round series.

The series will now shift to L.A. for Games 3 and 4. So. the Lakers have to hope that they can get the job done in front of their home fans. Otherwise, their season will be coming to an end soon, and James won’t get to add too many more games to his record-setting postseason total this year.
