Multiple people have been injured and two are in life-threatening condition after a bus crash in north Queensland.
Emergency services were called to the vehicle – which had 29 people on board – on the Bruce Highway at Gumlu, about 90 minutes south of Townsville, at 4pm.
The Queensland Ambulance Service said everyone on board was assessed for injuries.
Two were in a life-threatening condition.
Helicopters were flown in from Mackay and Townsville, with the first patients transported to hospital just after 5pm.
Police confirmed they had officers on the scene, but said details of the crash were yet to be confirmed.
