Katie Price has hit back at claims she mocked Gail Porter’s hair loss and insists she hasn’t got a problem with the former Top of the Pops presenter. It comes after Gail said that Katie told her ‘she was pretty when she had hair’ amid her battles with alopecia.
Gail rose to fame at the same time Katie launched her glamour modelling career under the pseudonym of Jordan.
Taking to the comments section of an Instagram post by Sky TV showing the trailer for Katie’s upcoming tell-all documentary, Katie: Nothing to Hide, Gail made a direct comment about Katie.
She snapped: “The person who introduced me to one of her boyfriends and said ‘this is Gail. She used to be pretty when she had hair… Google her. Thanks.’”

Discussing the apparent incident with sister Sophie on The Katie Price Show podcast, Katie insisted: “I’ve no idea. I’d never mock anyone for not having hair, to the point, right, people will know this.
“When I did Big Brother and I wore a wig at one of the after shows, I was with a hairdresser at the time and in the audience there was somebody who had cancer and they said they liked my wig. I went. do you know what, try it on.”
And she said she even gifted it to the person, reiterating that she “would never take the p***”. Doubling down, she added: “That’s one thing I don’t do is mock anyone with something like that.”
Katie did offer an apology to Gail, but said she can’t remember the incident in question. “She was stunning and she still looks beautiful without hair and not everyone can pull off having no hair or short hair and I think she’s got a really pretty face.”
And Katie ended by saying she doesn’t have a bad word to say about the model and always says hello if they see each other.
Her words come after she called out husband Lee Andrews and gave him an ultimatum after he missed yet another flight to the UK. It left her needing to appear on Good Morning Britain alone, something Katie says made her “look like a d***”.
She said: “I said to him ‘you’ve made me look a massive d***. You’ve made yourself look a d***.’ It’s now become a soap opera. Something from EastEnders of ‘is he coming, is he not coming?’ Like, it’s all been built up.
“But at the end of the day, it’s between me and him. It’s not really anyone else, but he hasn’t made it to the UK and I’ve said to him he needs to make it to the UK because if he doesn’t there is obviously something not right going on and if he does make it to England, it’ll shut all of the rumours up.
“At the moment, everyone thinks he’s on a flight ban, this and that. I said it does look weird that you haven’t come to England and I keep going to Dubai.”
