Visakhpatnam: A 53-year-old-woman, Pilla Parvathi, was allegedly murdered by unidentified persons in her apartment at Akkayyapalem in Visakhapatnam on Thursday evening.
Police said the assailants escaped with gold ornaments after strapping her hands and legs with a rope. She returned home on Wednesday after visiting Hyderabad. The police are examining the CCTV footage to identify the miscreants involved in the murder.
