As part of the ongoing investigation into a cargo plane crash in Kentucky that killed three crew members and 11 people on the ground, according to the US National Transportation Safety Board, investigators released footage showing the left engine detach during takeoff. An initial report included images of the engine detachment and stated that the plane, which crashed in November 2025, never got more than 30ft (9.1m) above the ground.
