Nonstop rain continues to plague an emotional race weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Following the sudden death of Kyle Busch, NASCAR is trying to move forward with a triple-header weekend of racing, but Mother Nature has had other ideas.
When the green flag finally flies for Trucks, Day will lead Layne Riggs, Kaden Honeycutt, Ty Majeski, and Brandon Jones.
After washing out Friday practice and qualifying for Trucks, which put the No. 7 Chevrolet Busch was meant to drive on pole, NASCAR moved up the start time for the main event. That was not enough, and they rescheduled the event for 8am EST on Saturday, but even then, fog was covering the race track with rain cascading down.

Less than an hour after the rescheduled start time, the race has been postponed yet again, this time to 9pm EST. on Saturday, hoping to run it after the NASCAR O’Reilly race, but rain continues to be a constant threat throughout this somber weekend.
Fans who had tickets for either the Truck or the O’Reilly race are now good for both events. FOX Sports 1 will have coverage of the Truck race.
At 8am, Richard Childress Racing quietly unloaded both of their cars in front of a grieving garage, as the sports tries its best to move forward.
NASCAR will instead shift its immediate focus to getting the track dry for NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying, as well as the NASCAR O’Reilly race later today.
