In a shocking development, Dhurandhar actor Ranveer Singh has been banned by the Federation of Western Cine Employees (FWICE) amid his dispute over Don 3 with Farhan Akhtar. FWICE announced their decision on Monday, May 25 and issued a non-cooperation directive against Singh, effectively banning him. The federation has also instructed the industry not to work with him following his abrupt exit from Akhtar’s film.
The ongoing controversy around Don 3 had taken a serious turn, following which the FWICE stepped in.
The dispute started in December 2025 when Ranveer Singh unexpectedly walked out of Don 3, despite being officially attached to the movie for nearly two years. Reports indicate that he chose to leave the project due to script changes.

Prior to this, the matter was taken up by the Producers Guild of India, where senior producers reportedly tried to mediate.
On the acting front, Ranveer Singh was last seen in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
