وبيّنت الوزارة، في بيان لها عبر منصة إكس، أن المخالفين الـ12 بينهم 3 وافدين و9 مواطنين.

عقوبات المخالفين
وتضمنت العقوبات بحق الناقلين والمساهمين والمنقولين ما يلي:
- غرامة مالية تصل إلى (100,000) ريال بحق الناقلين والمساهمين.
- غرامة مالية تصل إلى (20,000) ريال بحق من ضُبط مؤديًا أو محاولًا أداء الحج دون تصريح.
- السجن بحق الناقلين.
- ترحيل المخالفين من الوافدين، مع منعهم من دخول المملكة لمدة (10) سنوات بعد تنفيذ العقوبة.
- المطالبة بمصادرة المركبات المستخدمة في النقل قضائيًا.
- التشهير.
وأكدت الوزارة أن الغرامة تتعدد بتعدد المخالفين الذين تم نقلهم.
