Divyanka Tripathi Recalls Feeling Anxious And Tensed Before Welcoming Her Twins, ‘Tension Ho Raha..’

Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya are enjoying the best phase of their lives, as they recently welcomed their twins. The couple got married in 2016, and it was in March 2026, when they announced the biggest ‘plot twist’. Vivek and Divyanka kept the actress’s pregnancy a secret for six months but later announced the same.

On May 26, 2026, Divyanka and Vivek took to their social media handles and revealed that they were blessed with twin baby boys. On May 29, 2026, the couple took their tiny teammates to their home and posed for the paps while making their first appearance with their kids. Well, in a vlog, the actress revealed how she felt just before delivering her children.

In her ‘Delivery day vlog’, Divyanka Tripathi revealed that she was a bit anxious. She stated that she felt really uncomfortable and wanted to slip into a loose-fitted cloth, while the nurse kept checking the movements of her babies, tracing their heartbeats, which the actress and her husband joked about by saying that it sounded like a horse running. The actress further revealed that she was anxious.

Divyanka revealed that she was given a monitor to track the babies’ movements and heartbeats, and whenever the motion was dropping, the actress revealed that she was feeling tense. Divyanka further added that it felt like she was up for an examination, and she would get peace only after she welcomed her babies. Divyanka could be quoted as saying:

“Yaar thoda sa anxious hoon. I don’t know. We are just there. We are almost there. Lekin ye exam jaisa hai. Jab tak ho nahi jae tab tak sukoon nahin. Ek baar sab logon ko dekh lun to thoda aur sukoon aega. But abhi mereko tension to ho rahi hai.”

It was on May 26, 2026, when taking to their IG handles, Vivek and Divyanka shared the most adorable news of their lives. They shared a picture note featuring two baby boys, wherein it was revealed that the couple welcomed twins. The couple even joked that their Karan and Arjun have finally arrived. It was on May 29, 2026, when the couple made their first appearance with their kids, soon after she was discharged from the hospital. To mention, there have been speculations that Divyanka would welcome twins even before she gave birth; however, no confirmation was there until the actress announced the birth of her twin baby boys.

In a video, days before her delivery, Divyanka spoke about her pregnancy. The actress was asked whether she would like to have a baby girl or a baby boy. She said that she wanted a healthy baby, while adding that if it’s a girl, it would be really nice for her as she would have a partner to go shopping and do girly stuff with, and if it’s a boy, then Vivek will have someone to work out with. She further added that even if it’s a baby girl, she would be extremely pampered by her husband.

To mention, as Divyanka and Vivek welcomed their kids after 10 years of their marital bliss, people wondered if there was any issue. Divyanka never really spoke about the same; rather, she mentioned that she became a mom when she felt it would be the right time. There had been rumours about whether the actress opted for IVF, but she openly talked about the same and revealed that it was a natural pregnancy for her. She said:

“I felt that if I started something new and then conceived, it might affect the work. I don’t know, but it felt like a strong instinct from God, and in a way, I was already preparing myself for this.”
