HYDERABAD: The Secunderabad zone police have issued an advisory directing house owners, hotels, lodges, guest houses, hospitals and educational institutions to furnish complete details of foreign nationals staying or studying on their premises through designated online forms.

According to Secunderabad zonal DCP Rakshitha K. Murthy, institutions providing accommodation to foreign nationals, including students, as well as educational institutions imparting education to them, must mandatorily submit information through Form-11 and Form-III(C) in accordance with the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025.

Police said all accommodation providers, including landlords, hotels, guest houses and hospitals hosting foreign nationals including those from Nepal, must immediately register their complete details through the designated online portal and preserve the records for at least one additional year.

Educational institutions have also been directed to furnish details of students holding foreign passports, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cards, and individuals arriving from Nepal through Form-11.

Officials warned that failure to submit Form-11 and Form-III(C) would attract action under Section 23 of the Foreigners Act. They further cautioned that legal action would be initiated against individuals or institutions found furnishing false information or deliberately concealing details.

The police urged citizens and institutions in the Secunderabad zone to comply with the norms and ensure timely submission of information through the designated FRRO portal to avoid legal consequences.
