Famous Knicks fans including Taylor Swift and Timothee Chalamet celebrated in their droves as the team completed a historic comeback against the Spurs

Taylor Swift made a cheeky nod to the Knicks with her outfit as she sat courtside to watch the team take on the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night.

The I Knew It, I Knew You singer rocked up to Madison Square Garden – where she is rumoured to be marrying Travis Kelce next month – in a punny blue T-shirt, embossed with “Stevie Knicks” in orange.

Law & Order star Mariska Hartigay joined the 36-year-old for game four of the NBA finals, and was spotted wearing a matching top – while pals Este and Alana Haim got the memo in “Knickole Kidman” and “Knickelback” tees, respectively.

They were on hand to cheer the New York team to a historic victory as they overturned a 29-point deficit to win 107-106, with their win going down as the greatest comeback in the sport. They currently lead the series 3-1, and could win the championship in game five on Saturday night.

Timothee Chalamet, Kylie Jenner and Ben Stiller were seen leading the celebrations in the tunnel after the game, while Spike Lee, Adam Sandler, Michael J. Fox, Julianne Moore, Tracy Morgan, Christine Taylor and Nas were spotted in the crowd.

Taylor is no stranger to MSG, having performed at the iconic venue multiple times during her career – but it has been claimed that she is set to tie the knot at the stadium very soon.

She got engaged to Kansas City Chiefs tight-end Travis last summer after two years of dating. Since then, they have remained tight-lipped over the plans for their big day.

According to multiple reports, the Shake It Off singer and her groom-to-be have paid $3million to rent the arena out across three days for their nuptials at the beginning of July.

While the couple have yet to address the speculation, the rumours ramped up after eagle-eyed fans noticed that there is nothing being hosted at MSG during that time – with the next event listed as a Bon Jovi gig on July 7.

Although it may seem like a unique choice for a wedding, the arena boasts security features that other venues do not – including no windows in the main room, and an underground car park – meaning their big day will remain completely private.

Wedding planner Sonal Shah suggested that their ceremony could cost around $20million, telling the New York Post: “A weekend night at one of the most iconic venues in the world is not just about renting the space – you’re also paying for exclusivity, staffing, security, operations, and the opportunity cost of a concert or sporting event that could otherwise be taking place.

“Once you add production, security, catering, entertainment and decor, a Madison Square Garden wedding could very realistically become a $10 million to $20 million-plus event.”
