Olivia Attwood and Pete Wicks weren’t shy of packing on the PDA as they enjoyed a romantic sun-soaked break in the South of France
Olivia Attwood recently said she wasn’t “clearing up any rumours” when it came to her new romance with Pete Wicks – but the pair let their lips do the talking as they packed on the PDA on holiday in the South of France.
The former Love Islander turned TV presenter, 35, and TOWIE star Pete, 37, certainly showed their romance was still going strong as they were spotted snogging in the pool at their luxury hotel in St Tropez.
At one point tattooed Pete was seen cuddling Olivia, who wore a dark bikini with a cowboy-style sun hat as they cooled off in the pool. Pete then picked her up in the water and the pair shared a passionate kiss.
In other snaps the couple are seen lying on sun loungers. Pete then goes over to Olivia and cuddles her on her sun lounger before cheekily resting his hand on her bum.
The steamy scenes were captioned on camera by the Daily Mail. And it seems that neither Pete or Olivia cared who was watching as the loved up couple displayed their blossoming relationship for all to see.
Pete and Olivia were first linked when they were seen hugging on a trip to Ibiza last summer. At the time Olivia was still with husband Bradley Dack and she shrugged off the Pete rumours, saying they were just good friends.
She said: “I get why Brad didn’t like it, we were all on the boat, drinking and hugging each other and being best friends. It was family vibes. But if it was the other way around, of course I wouldn’t like it either.
“People were like, ‘Oh my God, they’re getting a divorce because Pete hugged her’. But that’s not the case. Also, Pete is hugging me, I was just there! It was just a holiday to Ibiza, who knew it would cause so much trouble? I was there with KISS, which is why Pete was there and we were hosting for them. We hosted an O Beach event and a couple of my pals joined and we had a few extra days.”
In January it was announced that Olivia and Brad had split after a decade-long relationship. The reason for it was said to be a “breach of trust” on Bradley’s side. Olivia has since accused him of cheating on her multiple times.
It’s since emerged that the pair were never legally married, as the venue where they ‘tied the knot’ didn’t have a wedding license. During their ceremony, held at the five-star Bvlgari Hotel in London’s Knightsbridge in June 2023, Olivia and Bradley signed what looked to be a marriage certificate. But the paperwork they signed on the show was apparently fake.
Instead, they planned to legally marry six weeks later at a Cheshire registry office. But this never materialised.
Less than three years later, the pair had split. In a scathing post on Instagram, Olivia shared she left the marriage in January this year after Bradley allegedly cheated.
She said: “This January, when I was confronted at the screening of one of my shows by someone reporting to me yet another night he had gone back with a random girl – I decided it was time to finally leave.
“I have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied & cheated on me multiple times. The breakdown of our relationship is because of this.
“I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself – as I did for 10 years – covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies. I of course now feel like a f****** idiot. (Especially as more things come to the surface) I never wanted to say any of this… I find the whole situation utterly humiliating.”
Hinting at a new romance in April, she ended the post by saying: “Yes I’m dating. Yes I’m getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming, recording my podcast, record my radio show, shoot campaigns and somewhere in there TRY to move on.”
