I’m A Celeb and Emmerdale star Danny Miller shared his transformation in before and after snaps as he admitted he didn’t realise how much he had changed
Emmerdale and I’m A Celeb star Danny Miller has showed off his impressive body transformation. The actor, 35, shared a before and after snap on Instagram and admitted the difference shocked him.
Sharing the images side by side, Danny admitted: “It’s not until you see old pictures that you realise how much you’ve changed.”
He went on: “Looking at the photo on the left, I remember feeling run down, tired and constantly putting myself at the bottom of the priority list. Like a lot of parents, I was so busy trying to be everything for everyone else that I forgot to look after myself.
“To be the best husband I can be. To be the best dad I can be. I first needed to be the best Danny I could be. The photo on the right isn’t about being perfect. It’s about feeling healthier, happier and having more energy for the people who matter most.”Danny said he know it is still a “work in progress,” but he confessed: “I’m proud of how far I’ve come.” His post was met with an influx of appreciation in the comments section. Jill Scott wrote: “Looking great Danny! X”
Former Love Island star Toni Laites also said: “Skinny legend!!!,” and Emmerdale co-star Kelvin Fletcher joked: “Lad on left just seems more fun.”
The actor shot to fame playing Aaron Dingle on the ITV soap, making his debut in 2008. Earlier this year, Danny made an emotional update regarding his wife, Steph.
The duo share son, Albert, who was born in 2021, and daughter, Edith, who they welcomed into the world in 2023. In July last year, they welcomed their third child, a baby boy named Vincent.
And Danny couldn’t be happier with his family. In an Instagram post, he gushed: “I’ll never tire of watching @stephjones1710 being a mum.
“Because you are the amazing mother you are, I get to be the father I always hoped to be. Thanks for helping me mature into the man and father I am today, and creating our family together always grateful.”
And a month later he gave an emotional update on his dad Vince, who has dementia. The Emmerdale star recalled how he had to pull over on the way home from his dad to decompress after a tough conversation.
He told his followers: “If they’re still here and you still get to talk to them, just cherish that moment. One day that might not happen, and I’ll tell you now from my experience it’ll bloody hurt.”
