Outspoken broadcaster Piers Morgan has shared a savage dig comparing Brooklyn Beckham and Prince Harry as “spoiled brat entitled sons” after Brooklyn’s DoorDash advert raised eyebrows
Piers Morgan didn’t hold back as he shared his thoughts on the Brooklyn Beckham drama yesterday.
Brooklyn has made headlines once again after he appeared in a sponsored video with a food delivery firm to tie in with the World Cup. In the ad Brooklyn tells the camera: “You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home…” He ends the DoorDash ad laughing: “It’s a long story.”
In the clip seems to contain a number of seemingly hidden messages. While Brooklyn has been wearing the £250,000 Patek Philippe Nautilus watch gifted to him by his father, who played in three World Cups in 1998, 2002 and 2006, he shakes off this association by pointedly placing a new one on his coffee table.
And there was a stack of unopened letters from home – perhaps a nod to his refusal to make contact with his family.
Sources close to David and Victoria say they’ve been left shocked over the ‘attack’ ad and Piers Morgan has questioned why Brooklyn took part in the advert.
Sharing a Daily Mail post Piers Morgan wrote on X yesterday: “Wow. He really is the Prince Harry of spoiled brat entitled sons. Imagine doing this to your family for cash?” One X user replied: “You got a real bee in your bonet about Harry and Meghan. Let it go! It’s been said and done.” Another wrote: “
Brooklyn has been hit with so much backlash from his followers on Instagram who lambasted him for his advert on the social media platform that he has since changed his settings to limit who could comment.
Brooklyn has reportedly turned down numerous chances to reconcile with his parents, brothers and sister. Only on Friday, his sister Harper, 14, visited his Beverly Hills home to deliver a handwritten note. However, any hopes the young star had of extending an olive branch to her older brother were dashed as Harper didn’t enter the property. Instead, Brooklyn was in New York, on the other side of the United States and shared an image of himself on a run.
After the pictures of his sister emerged, a source said that Brooklyn felt “uncomfortable” and claimed that it was an “orchestrated move by his family.”
Sources close to his parents had hit out after Brooklyn’s team claimed the pictures had been “choreographed”. “It is incredibly sad that this horrible accusation is being levelled at an innocent young girl who just desperately misses her brother,” a source close to his parents said.
The Mirror has contacted Brooklyn’s representatives for comment.
