Afghanistan’s bowlers found little assistance throughout the innings. Veteran all-rounder Nabi picked up the only wicket, while Rashid Khan, Fareed Ahmad Malik and the rest of the attack were unable to stem the flow of runs.

The convincing win completed a perfect campaign for India, who had already secured victories by seven wickets in the opening ODI and by a massive 170-run margin in the second match.
