Katie Price has jetted off to Dubai to spend quality time with husband Lee Andrews following his ‘jail’ ordeal – and the pair look more loved up than ever in the sun
Katie Price and husband Lee Andrews couldn’t keep their hands – or lips – off each other as they enjoyed a romantic horse ride together. The iconic glamour model has been spending quality time with her latest husband out in the Middle East – as they continue their romance almost six months after their shock wedding.
Fans of 48-year-old Katie have expressed concern over her sudden marriage to 43-year-old Lee which was announced back in January. The mum-of-five has been unlucky in love over the years, having been divorced three times and previously despaired over the fact some men have used her purely as a vault horse to boost their own fame.
But the glamour model and her fourth husband appear keen to assert their romance – and have shared photos from a horseback excursion together. The pair have shared snaps of themselves holding hands while riding alongside each other – and sharing kisses while sitting atop separate horses.
Lee uploaded a string of images to Instagram, writing: “My beautiful human doing what we both love @katieprice the most beautiful person in this world and the most special wife a husband could wish for.” And he shared footage of them cantering through the desert together – which The Sun have also shared online.
The businessman is based in Dubai in the Middle East – with Katie joining him in the sundrenched desert for a romantic trip. Reports have suggested Lee was recently held behind bars on suspicion of fraud – adding to fan concerns that Katie may have bitten off more than she expected after swapping vows with the businessman.
However, the couple have taken a new step forward together over the weekend – buying a dog, with Katie sharing a video of the moment the signed a contract to care for the animal together.
The pomsky – which is a mix between a Siberian Husky and a Pomeranian – became theirs after they paid 9,800 dirhams for it (approximately £2,000). The video clip showed Katie signing the contract to own the dog, but with the couple vowing to raise him together.
Fans may be concerned about the welfare of the pooch, however, as Katie has a terrible track record of animals dying in her care – including a horse that was run over and other dogs that have died.
While on her current trip to Dubai, the mum-of-five revealed that two of her two of her Sphynx cats – Eileen and Doris – had been stolen from her home. She told fans: “I came to Dubai Wednesday and my cats were home Tuesday night. I live in a private area and my cats don’t just disappear. Who ever has them return them. They are my babies.”
Fans have already posted under Katie’s social media to express their concerns about her latest purchase.
One worried fan wrote: “Husky in Dubai? Poor thing has two coats.” Another added: “Rescue homes DO NOT put SOLD on the pens! They put “reserved”. I just feel so sorry for this poor unsuspecting fur baby!!”
A third penned: “Where is home? Not a hotel?” with a fourth writing: “A husky in Dubai must be absolute torture for the poor pup!” A fifth added: “She’s not even bought it, where it gonna live? Cause she deffo not bringing it back to uk.”
Katie has previously defended herself from criticism about her ability to care for animals – which has included animal rights charity Peta urging her to stop buying animals. She has also been defending her current marriage.
In a recent video clip, Katie suggested she might bring Lee even closer into her life – by allowing him to feature in videos that fans pay her to receive. She told Lee to start a poll, musing: “I know we’re the most hated people… actually saying that, people love me as well.”
Lee then interjected: “People love you, people hate me,” as Katie agreed: “They do hate you,” to which Lee argued: “They just don’t know the story do they”.
