Brooklyn Beckham’s wife Nicola Peltz welcomed new members to her growing family after a huge wedding

Nicola Peltz has been accused of making a thinly-veiled dig at Harper Beckham in her latest Instagram post.
The jibe came as the wife of Brooklyn Beckham took to social media to share photos from her brother Will’s recent wedding. Once again the Peltz family have married into another showbiz dynasty, with Will tying the knot with record producer Quincy Jones’ daughter Kenya Kinski-Jones.
Posting to Instagram, Nicola called the celebration ‘one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever had the privilege of witnessing.”
As with her vow renewal to Brooklyn, to which his parents David and Victoria were not invited, Nicola’s parents took centre stage at the latest Peltz nuptials. Dad Nelson acted as best man while Nicola’s mum Claudia was matron of honour with actress Nicola taking on the role of bridesmaid.
The big day occurred on the Peltz estate, with Claudia and Nelson also acting as witnesses to the couple having walked them both down the aisle.
However, it is Nicola’s latest mention of her new in-laws that raised eyebrows online. Paying homage to the newlyweds, Nicola gushed: “Willy, thank you for finally and officially giving me my dream sister, ken.”
For years Nicola memorably called Brooklyn’s younger sister Harper ‘my sister’ before the huge fallout that has split the families apart. She consistently called the now 14-year old her “dream little sister” with the two sharing an incredibly close bond. Nicola previously said: “I wanted a little sister so bad and Harper is the sweetest”.
Speaking of her latest in-laws online, Nicola said: “This wedding was truly one of the most beautiful things i’ve ever had the privilege of witnessing. willy, thank you for finally and officially giving me my dream sister, ken. watching the two of you love each other so deeply over the past 16 years has been one of the most beautiful gifts. your love for each other has always been something so special grow up with and celebrating this moment with everyone was unforgettable.
“i love you both more than words can say, and I truly couldn’t be happier for you both. i am forever lucky to have the most incredible humans – the jones’ to call family. thank you for bringing so much love, warmth, beauty and pure magic into our lives. my heart is so full. i love you willy and kenya cheers to you both [sic].”
When asked about her relationship with Harper months before distancing themselves from the Beckhams, Nicola said: “If I could create the perfect dream little sister, it’s her. I’m so blessed I get to have her as my little sister in my life.”
The pair’s sweet bond was also shown at Victoria’s Paris Fashion Week show in October 2023 when Nicola shared a photo of her and Harper posing backstage along with the caption: “Such a beautiful show with my baby sis, congratulations @victoriabeckham”.
The Mirror reported how Brooklyn has struggled to keep a relationship with his sister while the row with his parents rumbled on. The 26-year-old is currently not talking to David and Victoria, or his brothers Cruz and Romeo, all of whom he has blocked on social media.
However the situation is “very different” when it comes to his 14-year-old sister, who it’s understood Brooklyn has tried to shield from the family fallout. But a source admits that the “fundamental logistics of his little sister living under the same roof as his parents….makes things very hard, contact-wise” and the two are not as close as they once were.
Earlier this month, Harper was pictured arriving at Nicola and Brooklyn’s house in attempt to mend their feud. The teen had been in the US with her brothers Romeo and Cruz and mum Victoria to celebrate dad Sir David receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Hours after the ceremony, Harper was photographed arriving at Brooklyn’s mansion in an SUV. In pictures obtained by Page Six, Harper was seen walking to the gates alone still wearing her pink silk dress from the ceremony.
Insiders said Harper arrived ‘unannounced’ and she was the only one of the family to make the trip. However, attempts at a reconciliation fell flat as Brooklyn and wife Nicola Peltz were nowhere to be seen and the youngest Beckham did not go inside.
Harper left seconds after arriving without seeing her brother as a source confirmed to Page Six that neither Brooklyn nor his wife, Nicola Peltz, were home at the time. The couple are believed to be out of town.
The teen was the only member of her family to attempt to build bridges on Friday, with her brothers distancing themselves from Brooklyn following his very public takedown of them.
The gesture did not sit well with Brooklyn. Sources around the eldest child of the clan dismissed the impromptu visit as another poor
stunt from ‘brand Beckham’ that he no longer wants to be a part of.
A spokesperson for Brooklyn told the Mirror: “That photographers were in place as the letter was hand delivered says it all – this was choreographed for the cameras.”
Earlier this year, after months of rumours Brooklyn announced he was separating from his famous family for good in an explosive six-page statement on Instagram.
He accused his parents of manipulating his life, trying to sabotage his relationship with wife Nicola and damaging his mental health in their quest to keep ‘brand Beckham’ churning.
He wrote: “I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life. For my entire life, my parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family.
“The performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I was born into. Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they’ll go through to place countless lies in the media, mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out.”
