When ‘Veera’ and his family come to see ‘Keerthi’, they get impressed by her long hair, but little did they know that it was fake. ‘Veera’ and ‘Keerthi’ get married, and eventually the latter falls in love with the former.

Their journey gets tough when ‘Keerthi’s’ jealous coach decides to derail her wrestling journey and tries to create problems between the couple.

‘Keerthi’ is playing the state championship tournament and has made it to the finals. However, her corrupt coach has bet against her. He also tries to distract her focus so that she loses the tournament. Knowing that ‘Keerthi’ depends on her husband, ‘Veera’s’ emotional support, the corrupt coach instructs his assistants to lock ‘Veera’ inside a remote locker room in the sports complex. In the climax, ‘Keerthi’ is seen struggling against her opponent and is constantly losing her focus due to ‘Veera’s’ absence from the arena.
Meanwhile, ‘Veera’ uses his physical strength to break the wooden door of the locker room. After breaking the door, ‘Veera’ runs to the arena just as ‘Keerthi’ is about to lose the match. However, after spotting ‘Veera’ in the crowd, ‘Keerthi’ regains her confidence and pins her opponent to the mat, securing the state championship. The corrupt coach’s deeds get exposed, and he gets banned from the sport.
Gatta Kushthi 2 ends on a hopeful note as ‘Keerthi’ and ‘Veera’ decide to open a wrestling academy for young girls. ‘Keerthi’ will be the head coach, and ‘Veera’ will help her manage the academy.
