Katie Price has admitted that she has ‘no idea’ how many cosmetic surgeries she’s had, as she lost count when asked by Olivia Attwood on The Price of Perfection
Katie Price has said she’s lost count of how many surgeries she’s had over the years but added: “I’ve maybe done, 30 or 40.” The star then went through her many ops during an interview with Olivia Attwood.
Starting with a breast enlargement aged 18, the former glamour model has become well known for accumulating cosmetic surgeries and has now opened up about them to Olivia on her show The Price of Perfection.
In the first episode of the series, which airs on ITV2 in early August, Olivia asked Katie how many boob jobs she’d had. ““I’ve no idea,” Katie admitted. “But it’s many.” When asked if the estimate of 17 or 18 was correct, Katie added: “I don’t think I’ve had 17 but I couldn’t tell.”
Later on, she was asked how many overall procedures she’d had done, having already said her second surgery was her lips and her their liposuction.
In response, Katie started counted them. She guessed 10 boob jobs and then added on four face surgeries, plus a surgery on her eyebrows and two on her nose, three on her bottom and two on her stomach. She said: “I’ve maybe done, 30 or 40.”
At the time of filming, which was April 2026, Katie was only two weeks into her recovery from another breast surgery. She told Olivia, who admitted her own boob job was inspired by Katie and other glamour models, that her surgeon took the other implants out and put in new ones “like flat pack and filled it up”.
Despite only recently having gone under the knife, she seemed happy to do so again, saying that the left breast was bigger due to swelling and that if it didn’t go down, she would be getting the right one pumped up to match. Touching right breast, she added: “That one’s soft, it definitely needs more in it.”
Olivia seemed shocked that Katie seemed so okay, even though she had only recently had surgery. She asked the 48-year-old about the pain, especially after Katie admitted that her first liposuction with legs so bruised that they looked “navy”.
“They say it’s like a baby, you forget the pain,” Katie said. She also shared that she’s stopped telling her family about her surgeries, as they don’t always approve. Everyone for 30 years always says ‘Kate don’t do this, don’t do that.’ But I do it anyway. That’s just the way it is.
“I do listen to surgeons now,” she promised. “If every surgeon did what I wanted, I’d look more like a freak of nature. I don’t want to look freaky.”
Katie said she felt that she would look “horrific” when she was old. “I wonder what I’m going to look like when I’m 90. The boobs will be up here, the teeth don’t last. I’m going to look horrific.”
And yet, she said she could have had much more surgery if she had wanted to. “I do look in the mirror and think, considering I can get a lot of free surgeries, I actually don’t take advantage of it as I could have.”
Many of Katie’s surgeries have been gifted. Olivia discussed gifted surgeries through out the episode, explaining that many celebrities are offered free services and procedures as it draws in more business. In Katie’s case, she estimated that she was gifted enough of her operations that she only had spend around £40,000 on all of her procedures.
Despite her plans to have more surgery – since filming the show, Katie had an operation on her lips – the former model did seem to regret having started in the first place.
She shared that she felt she was too young when she started with her first boob job, stating that people should be “at least 21”. She added: “I’d love to know what I’d look like if I didn’t have surgery. Now we’ll never know.”
Series three of Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection premieres on ITV2 on 4 August.
