Kishan Reddy: 65% of Secunderabad Station Modernisation Works Completed

Hyderabad: Around 65 per cent of the works related to modernization of Secunderabad railway station has been completed, according to Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy on Friday.

The Secunderabad Railway Station is rapidly taking shape as a world-class railway hub, setting new benchmarks in passenger infrastructure and connectivity. Among India’s busiest railway stations, Secunderabad handles nearly 180 trains and caters to an average 1.5 lakh passengers everyday.

With redevelopment progressing at a brisk pace, the project is set to transform the travel experience through modern amenities and seamless multimodal connectivity, he said.
