If Aaron Glenn is going to go down — if he’s going to be ground up and spit out like most men who’ve dared to move their personal belongings into the Jets head coaching office — he’s going to do it on his terms.
He’s going to do it with both of his hands on the steering wheel until the bitter end — whenever (and if) that time comes.
Glenn, in his rookie year as the Jets head coach in 2025, never looked like he was in complete enough control of the operation.
If we take out the calamitous clock mismanagement gaffe that cost the Jets that game in Denver, I believe Glenn’s most glaring error last season was ceding too much responsibility to his coordinators, neither of whom was competent enough to handle their respective jobs.
