Dorit Kemsley is a reality TV personality best known for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She married British businessman Paul “PK” Kemsley in 2015. The couple shares two children and was often featured on the show for their family life and business ventures.

In May 2024, Dorit and PK announced their separation. Court filings related to their divorce proceedings became public in 2025, which addressed custody and financial matters as they worked to finalize the split. The matter has now witnessed a new update, with Dorit claiming that PK should provide child support to her.

Dorit Kemsley and PK’s relationship came into the headlines recently after the latter alleged in the legal documents filed on July 30, 2026, that his ex-wife’s contract for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills revealed her spending habits, which he described as excessive.

Meanwhile, Dorit has now responded by saying that PK owes her child support. In court paperwork, she states that she is the kids’ primary caregiver and that they spend about 95% of their time with her.

In documents filed by her attorney, Samantha Spector, Dorit pushes back on PK’s claims that she overspends on fashion and travel and skips mortgage payments. She alleges that PK is the one spending heavily on personal costs while bills go unpaid.

Dorit claimed in the filing that she handles the daily care for their two minor children, who have been living with her full-time without spousal or child support. Dorit is also asking the court to reject PK’s request to sell the family home. She said that PK’s claim that the house is at risk of foreclosure is false, saying he has enough money in the bank to cover the missed payments.

PK previously made different claims related to Dorit Kemsley’s spending in legal documents

PK alleged in court documents filed on July 30, 2026, that Dorit Kemsley’s contract with RHOBH does not require her to update or maintain her wardrobe, makeup, and hair as a condition of employment. He argued that her position that she must buy expensive clothing and accessories for the show is not backed by any agreement that mandates those purchases.

He also stated that between December 2024 and June 2025, Dorit returned retail items worth USD 86,000, but spent USD 909,000 for almost 14 months. The court papers stated that the amount Dorit spends on clothing is excessive, since nothing in her contract requires her to purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars in high-end clothing and accessories.

PK also denied Dorit Kemsley’s recent motion that he failed to cover the mortgage on their family home and other household costs after their separation. According to PK’s filing, Dorit is not arguing against selling the home. She is only disputing the timing and terms, and says it should be done by mutual agreement.

The filing adds that she does not claim she can afford to maintain the house, nor does she acknowledge any responsibility to pay for the residence she lives in alone. In an earlier filing, Dorit accused PK of trying to misuse Family Code 2108 to avoid trial and allegedly skip mortgage payments. She also said PK had promised to cover the family’s bills after moving out of their shared home in 2024 instead of paying child support.

Dorit reported her monthly income as USD 45,748, and stated that the mortgage payments are more than what she earns. PK was not ready to believe the same, claiming the amount was overstated. PK’s filing says that despite Dorit’s claims, he has supported her by paying expenses including the first and second mortgages, utilities, the house manager, nannies, homeschool teachers, private school tuition, and her car lease for several months.

PK’s legal team claimed that he paid USD 300,000 toward the home mortgages, an additional USD 420,000 for arrears, USD 540,000 for household staff payroll, and USD 57,000 for the family’s health insurance premiums, plus their children’s private school tuition.

PK’s team alleged that Dorit has not made any mortgage payments and has only covered some utility and staff payroll costs. The documents also state that she prioritizes spending on wardrobe, makeup, and hair for RHOBH, and spends far more than reasonable on those items instead of focusing on expenses for herself, their minor children, or the home she exclusively occupies.
