The actor was left surprised when his ex-wife, Seema Sajdeh entered the show a few weeks ago as a wild-card contestant.
Salman Khan asked his brother, Sohail Khan, if he took all the blame for his divorce on himself
Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh ended their marriage in 2022, and it was another big setback for the Khan family as they were together for over two decades. Despite the separation, the two remained on cordial terms as they co-parent their children. When Seema entered the reality show as a wild-card contestant, the two bonded.
They even tried talking about their broken marriage. In the latest promo, Sohail Khan’s brother, Salman Khan, entered the show to support him. However, he even commented on Sohail for taking all the blame for the divorce on himself. Salman pointed out that Sohail was still listening to his ex-wife, Seema Sajdeh, taking all the blame for the divorce.
Salman called him a noble brother for taking all the blame for the divorce, while it is always two-tango. He added that he knows how much he is trying and that emotionally he is just taking it all in. He said:
“Are you still listening to Seema? My noble brother took all the blame on himself. But I know, as a brother, how much he’s trying. I know that emotionally, he’s just taking it, taking it in.”
For the unversed, after seeing Seema on the show, Sohail was left surprised. Not only this, he got emotional, and he talked about their strained relationship. He added that he had lived with Seema for 25 years, admitting on national television that if anything happened in their relationship, it was due to him.
Not only this, Sohail further shared that at the time of their divorce, the work wasn’t going right and he wasn’t in the right frame of mind, and because of his behaviour, he lost someone he truly loved. He further called her the mother of his two beautiful children. He said:
“I have lived with this beautiful lady for 25 years, and let me admit on national television: agar koi bhi galti hui hogi humare beech mein, I take the responsibility. At that time, kaam theek nahi chal raha tha, so I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. Because of my behaviour, I lost someone I truly loved.”
Further, Sohail stated that though they have ended their marriage, this show gave them a chance to talk again and confide in one another, and it helped them reconnect. He was quoted as saying:
“She is the mother of my two beautiful children, so more than love, I have immense respect for Seema. This will always remain a memorable show for me. Though we are separated, this show has brought us back together to talk and confide in one another. There was a missing link between us, and this show helped reconnect it.”

Seema and Sohail were madly in love, and the two eloped to get married in 1998. The ex-couple had an Arya Samaj wedding followed by a nikah as per Sohail’s religious belief. The two got blessed with two sons, Nirvaan and Yohan. But after 24 years of living together, the couple parted ways in 2022. However, despite the divorce, they continue to co-parent their children. Seema is also often part of the Khans’ family events.
