Katie Price has shared her fears for her oldest child, Harvey, 24, who has Prader-Willi syndrome, which causes a constant hunger that can lead to severe obesity.
Katie Price has said she fears her son Harvey will suffer a heart attack, explaining that he now weighs just under 30 stone.

Speaking on Andrew Gold’s Heretics podcast, Katie said: “I’m not worried about his eyesight. What I’m worried about is him having a heart attack, his obesity. He weighs just under 30 stone.”
She said it was “heartbreaking” to see him try and get in and out of the bath and said she had tried to put Harvey on Mounjaro, a diabetic drug being used for weight loss.
She said: “I’ve tried going private with him to start him on Mounjaro, but because of his medical… it’s easy for me to just give it, but because of his other medication, you have to have all the team tick it off.”
Revealing her son was now at “high risk of having a heart attack”, she added: “It’s getting to a point now, where he doesn’t want to walk anywhere, he gets out of breath and sweats and they have said he is at high risk of having a heart attack.
“You try to [force him to walk] but he literally breaks into a sweat. I bath him twice a day and it breaks my heart seeing him get in and out of the bath because he’s so big and heavy.”
Harvey, who has a legion of fans, is renowned for his uncensored comments. Explaining that he will make fun of himself, Katie shared: “He goes: ‘I’m like a humpback whale’, and I’m like: ‘No you’re not Harv, I love you’.”
Katie was then asked if her son ever gets upset over his weight. However, she replied: “No. He says he’s got Santa’s belly, he’s all about Christmas now. “It’s funny, if he sees someone with a big belly, he goes ‘you’re a fat pepper pig’, randomly in the shops.
“He just comes out with it and I go: ‘Harv, you mustn’t say that’ and he goes ‘sorry, d***head’, and I’m like ‘Harv, you mustn’t call them a d***head’.”
With heartbreaking honesty, the star then revealed the things she has to do for her beloved son, who she admitted was a “baby in a man’s body”.
Revealing she is responsible for Harvey’s hygiene, she shared: “He’s 24 and he’s a baby, he doesn’t know about hygiene, he’s on medication four times a day and he’ll die if he doesn’t have it.
“I have to bath him or wash him because he doesn’t understand. When I go to the toilet I have to wipe his bum, he wets the bed, he’s a baby in a man’s body.”
