Asda shoppers are rushing to leave rave reviews of the ‘lovely’ crockery
Shoppers are heaping praise on a 12 piece dinner set from George at Asda that “looks expensive”, after it was recently reduced in price to just £22.
The Stone Concrete-Effect Stoneware Dinner Set (12 piece) is stone in colour, and is made up of four dinner plates, four side plates, and four cereal bowls. Originally priced at £28, it is currently on offer at £22. The crockery is both dishwasher and microwave safe, and comes with a 100 day warranty.
Delighted customers have been flocking to the George at Asda website to leave glowing reviews. The set boasts an impressive average rating of 4.9 out of five stars, with one reviewer writing: “Lovely set. These are good quality, look more expensive than the purchase price.”
A second said: “These are absolutely stunning and well worth the price, look more like Denby! Totally worth it”. A third added: “Lovely dinner set. Beautiful colouring and looks more expensive. Very happy with my purchase.”
A fourth wrote: “All my guests love it. They keep commenting on how beautiful they are. They are also heavy and wont break easily.”
The dinner set has been slashed by £6 as part of an ongoing Kitchen Savings promotion. George at Asda has noted that the deal is subject to availability and cannot be applied to deliveries outside the UK.
Also available within George’s Concrete Effect Tableware Collection are the Grey Concrete Dinner Set (24 piece), priced at £54, the Grey Concrete Pasta Bowl at £3.50 each, and the Grey Concrete Cereal Bowl, coming in at £3. It’s worth noting that none of these items are currently included in the sale.
