Barcelona will look to make it seven La Liga wins from seven games when they visit Sevilla tonight.
Hansi Flick’s side have blazed a trail in the opening weeks of the season, scoring 28 goals in their first six league games, as well as adding five more in their sole Champions League outing.
Sevilla’s 1-0 win at Deportivo on Wednesday was their fourth of the top-flight season, putting Los Rojiblancos fifth on 13 points before the latest round of games.
“Sevilla are a strong side at home and it is important for us to play with confidence,” said Flick, whose side won 7-2 at home to Racing Santander on Wednesday, when Raphinha scored a hat-trick.
“When we start pressing, it is with the number nine. Raphinha has the hunger, intensity and mentality to do that. When his teammates see him doing that, they all do it.
“The job is not just about scoring goals. We are focusing on our own game. That is our job.”
