Despite this, she has recently left her fans worried after deleting all of her posts from her Instagram profile. The actress just left one post and a story, both with concerning messages. At present, it seems that Kate chose to delete these posts as well, leaving her profile completely empty.

Way before Kate Beckinsale deleted all the posts from her Instagram profile, she reposted a video where a woman could be seen detailing her relationship with a narcissistic man. In the caption of the post, Kate recounted a similar experience that she faced in her own life. She said that a person doesn’t always realize what’s going on in their relationship until several years later. In her case, the man she was with at that time began showing his true colors after she fell pregnant with his child. She said:
“Sometimes you don’t find out what was going on in your relationship until years afterwards when you may even be married to somebody else.”
In the now-deleted post, Kate Beckinsale claimed that she also got a glimpse of what a red flag her former partner was when she was giving birth. According to the actress, even after she woke him up to tell him that she had gone into labour, he still decided to stay asleep. She recalled how scared she was at that time and shared:
“[I had to] wake them up to tell them you’ve gone into labor and they decide to stay asleep, and you’re 24, counting your contractions alone and they yell at you when you’re scared to have an epidural and spend the rest of the time asleep.”
Kate then went on to accuse the man of cheating on her throughout their entire relationship. She shared that he would never be happy for her accomplishments. Her former partner even went on to ban her mother from the delivery room when she gave birth, despite Kate wanting her to be there.
Kate asked her female followers in their 20s and 30s to learn from her experience and never put up with things like that. She advised them to “get out” of those types of relationships as fast as possible and added:
“That’s not even discussing other, worse relationships that cause you to develop autoimmune illnesses and cause serious, incredible damage, but if somebody consistently puts you down – get out when you can, as fast as possible, let him exercise his narcissistic bullshit on somebody else, and protect yourself and your kid. And get ready for the smear campaign.”

While Kate Beckinsale did not name her cheating ex in the post, fans soon connected the dots and realized that she might have been talking about Michael Sheen. For the unversed, the duo dated from 1995 to 2003, and welcomed a daughter named Lily during their relationship. Since Lily is Kate’s only child, fans did not take long to name the connection.
Relating to Kate’s experience, a woman took to the actress’ comments section and wrote that she had been in a similar relationship where she only started seeing things with clarity after her marriage ended. Kate responded to the followers by writing, “I am so sorry for your thousand cuts. I hope you have found your way to a place of gentleness and softness and safety after that experience.”
