
Mumbai: Madhya Pradesh based Adroit Industries, manufacturer of propeller shafts and torque-transmission components announced Rs 150.71 crore initial public offering in the price band of Rs126 to Rs 134 per equity share of Rs 10 face value. The public issue opens on Sept. 23 and closes on Sept.25, 2026.The IPO is a mix of fresh issue of Rs 132.62 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 18.09 crore.
Adroit Industries has over four decades of operational experience, serving automotive, primarily commercial vehicles, and non-automotive applications, including defence and emergency services, heavy equipment and off-highway machinery and industrial equipment exports across more than 32 countries.
Company will be expanding its manufacturing capacity at Dewas and Pithampur facilities along with Rs 24 crore for debt payment from the funds raised through the IPO.
Saurabh Sangla, chairman and managing director, Adroit Industries said, “The upcoming IPO marks a new phase for the Company. Over the years we have built vertically integrated capabilities spanning forging, precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, balancing and testing, and expanded our portfolio to over 5,000 SKUs of driveline components supplied to customers in more than 32 countries.”
