The Chicago Bears might have a case if they argue that Dallas Turner should’ve been flagged for unnecessary roughness on his game-ending sack of Tyson Bagent on Sunday.
Bagent, who entered the game after quarterback Caleb Williams sustained a hamstring injury, is in the concussion protocol, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Bagent was on the field for two plays to finish the drive Williams started before he was injured, and then conducted Chicago’s final offensive series that went eight plays and reached the Vikings’ 12-yard line before Turner slammed him to the ground for a game-ending sack.
Bagent was hit twice: once by Andrew Van Ginkel on his second snap, and then by Turner.
Turner had his left arm around Bagent’s left side and his right arm around Bagent’s neck before pulling him backward and slamming him to the ground. Should the officials have flagged Turner for roughing the passer?
