The derby in the Croatian League’s 2nd round was the most exciting match of the day – Solaris defeated Primorje narrowly in Rijeka – 12:11.
Primorje started strongly. The hosts led 5:1 midway through the second quarter and maintained a 4-goal difference until 7:3. Solaris then made a big turn with five straight goals in four and a half minutes and went ahead – 8:7. Primorje managed to level the score a few times. The last equalizer came in the 29th minute – 11:11.Bulat scored a winner for Solaris with 72 seconds to go. The top scorers were Dujmic (Primorje) – 6 goals and Brajkovic (Solaris) – 5.

Tin Brubnjak scored seven goals to help Mladost beat POSK 20:8.
Jadran started slowly against Zadar. The Champions League club was two goals behind Zadar early in the second quarter (3:5 and 4:6), but recorded a comfortable 15:10 win.
