We’ll call Week 2 “solid-ish” results as we move into Week 3 of the NFL season for player props.
We nailed Bryce Young’s come-up, hitting him to throw three touchdown passes at +515 but missed on some others in brutal fashion.
That’ll cover all of our losses and then some.
But it doesn’t stop the frustration of missing other bets, including Jadarian Price to score a touchdown while Emmanuel Wilson and George Holani were stopped at the goal line four times.
Regardless, our total record goes as follows as we move into Week 3.

NFL Week 3 player props and picks
Quinshon Judkins over 58.5 rushing yards (-120, Sleeper) | Over 79.5 rushing yards (+220, BetRivers)
If there was ever a week to back Quinshon Judkins, it’s this week, when the Carolina Panthers are missing their stud middle linebacker Devin Lloyd and weakside starter Claudin Cherelus. That’s a bad start for Carolina, which is already ranked No. 29 in rush defense DVOA.
Judkins hasn’t hit any of these numbers yet this year, but if we widen our sample size out a bit, he cleared 80 rushing yards in five games, and was over 59 in eight of his 13 games started. Judkins can get right here, and I project the Browns could win or at least keep this game close at home.
De’Von Achane over 3.5 receptions (–112, DraftKings) | Over 5.5 receptions (+375, Caesars Sportsbook)
De’Von Achane has been misused through two games by the Dolphins, and quarterback Malik Willis should be looking to get the ball in his hands.
Achane is the only running back in the league that is playing 80 percent of snaps on offense and has a long history of being an excellent pass catcher out of the backfield. Achane was over 3.5 receptions once this year and in nine out of 16 games, though most of those (six) he also had at least six.
Oronde Gadsden II anytime touchdown scorer (+324, Chalkboard)
Long shot alert: both tight ends in Los Angeles are injured, leaving only Oronde Gadsden II as the primary option at the position. Gadsden supposedly had a “great week” at practice, and Jim Harbaugh sounds ready to let him loose.
The Bills are allowing the ninth-most yards to opposing tight ends so far this year, and they were a funnel last season to the position.
