Vijayawada: The State Election Commission has published the final lists of polling stations in all the 29 municipalities/nagar panchayats and 12 municipal corporations here on Monday.
Election commissioner Anil Chandra Punetha said in a statement here on Monday that the SEC had issued two circulars on 21-09-2026 directing the municipal commissioners of 29 municipalities/nagar panchayats and the commissioners of 12 municipal corporations to identify the polling stations and publish the list of polling stations for conduct of second ordinary elections to the urban local bodies.
Accordingly, on 25-09-2026, the draft lists of polling stations were published. After conducting the meetings with the political parties at the ULB level and disposal of objections and suggestions received from the general public, the final lists of polling stations were published across all 41 ULBs on Monday.
The ULBs are of Parvathipuram, Salur, the Greater Visakhapatnam municipal corporation, Narsipatnam, Pithapuram, Ramachandrapuram, Eluru municipal corporation, Machilipatnam municipal corporation, Pedana, Vijayawada municipal corporation, Jaggaiahpet, Guntur municipal corporation, Macherla, Sattenapalli, Chilakaluripet, Vinukonda, Chirala, Ongole municipal corporation, Markapur, Nellore municipal corporation, Tirupati municipal corporation, Puttur, Chittoor municipal corporation, Palamaneru, Nagari, Rayachoti, Kadapa municipal corporation, Proddatur, Pulivendula, Badvel, Jammalamadugu, Yerraguntla, Kamalapuram, Anantapur municipal corporation, Rayadurg and Tadipatri, Dharmavaram, Kadiri, Puttaparthi, Kurnool municipal corporation and the Nandyal.
