While the investigators are still looking into her death, her ex-fiance, Wladimir Klitschko, has filed a petition to get a temporary guardianship over their daughter, Kaya’s inheritance. In fact, he has called for immediate action to protect Hayden’s assets, which now belong to their only 11-year-old child.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Wladimir Klitschko has asked a California court to appoint him as a temporary guardian of his daughter, Kaya’s estate. Since Hayden Panettiere died without a will, her only daughter is expected to inherit her mother’s assets as her sole heir. He also expressed concerns that the parts of the actress’ estate could be at risk.
In fact, Wladimir specifically claimed that federal agents accessed Hayden’s home as a part of their ongoing investigation and removed some of it. He also alleged that security measures were taken before and after her death due to the same concerns about unauthorized access to her residence.
The former heavyweight boxing champion argued that the court must appoint a personal representative to quickly safeguard Hayden’s belongings, such as her personal items and property. He also clarified that the guardianship request has been made to protect Kaya’s inheritance.
For those who don’t know, Hayden Panettiere’s only child, Kaya Evdokia Klitschko, with Wladimir Klitschko, was born in December 2014. After her mother’s death, she has now become the sole beneficiary of the actress’s estate, property, and personal items.
