Former Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry told fans that she had decided to have her BBL removed a year ago, which she thought would be ‘the end of her journey with it’, but that she’s still ‘dealing with the consequences’

Former Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry has emotionally opened up to fans about having her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) removed. Chloe, now 31, explained she had the surgery done when she was just 19 and ‘didn’t understand how permanent some decisions can be’. The TV personality said she ‘wished she could go back to the version of herself then’ and tell her 19-year-old self her ‘body doesn’t need fixing’.

Chloe told fans in a Facebook post that she had decided to have her BBL removed a year ago, which she thought would be ‘the end of her journey with it’. However, she says she’s now been left with quite a lot of loose skin, so she’s made the “difficult decision” to now have that removed too.

“What I’ve learned through all of this is that surgery is never as simple as it can look from the outside,” she told fans. “Especially when it comes to cosmetic surgery, corrective procedures or removals, there can be consequences you never imagine when you’re making that initial decision.”

Chloe said she wasn’t sharing the information to “judge anyone” who has had the surgery done or is considering it. “Everyone has their own reasons, experiences and journeys,” she said. “I’m simply sharing mine because I wish someone had shared something like this with me when I was younger.”

The star added: “If this reaches even one young girl who is thinking about changing her body and makes her pause for a moment and ask herself, ‘Do I really need to do this?” then sharing something this personal will be worth it.

Chloe received lots of support from fans on the emotional post, as it racked up more than 4,000 likes.

One fan wrote: “Whatever decision you’ve made it’s for yourself and you deserve to be happy in your body and mind and if this can help young women out there think twice about them wanting to change there bodies and to appreciate there bodies more then you’re doing something great.”

While another added: “Very much needed for our young daughters who are comparing themselves to un natural realities. I’m glad you made the decision you did, I hope it all works out well for you. Great post, not easy but definitely needed.”

A third chimed in: “I think it’s admirable that you’ve shared this. Could maybe prevent lots of girls going down this route. Hope the surgery went as well as expected.”

While a fourth added: “If only more celebs, influencers and role models spoke up and out and more honestly. You’ve been influenced at such a young age but those you idolised and wanted to be more like, especially being thrust into the lime light young! So many many young ladies will look at you and wish so badly to look like you, So I think it speaks volumes that you are teaching young people not that all procedures are bad but simply to take your time and think of all the possible outcomes and future implications and just to be totally sure and not rush into a huge decision! That’s a real role model!”

What surgery has Chloe Ferry had over the years?

Chloe has undergone extensive cosmetic surgery over the years, spending an estimated £50,000 on procedures. After starting at age 19, she has recently shifted focus toward corrective surgeries and reversals due to physical complications and emotional regret.

As well as her BBL, she also had breast implants and her first uplift back in 2017. Chloe then later underwent a follow-up operation to correct severe scarring caused by her initial implants.
