Back then, the singer danced on top of a giant wedding cake while performing her song, Like A Virgin. At one point, her shoes fell off, and she hatched a plan to handle the situation professionally.
Madonna thought she would pick up the shoe by rolling and twirling as she dove to the floor, pretending it was part of the performance.
