Kim admitted that there are some nights when all the kids come into her room, which leaves her tired. She recalled some incidents when they were crying, kicking, or struggling to sleep. The 45-year-old also admitted that sometimes she hesitates to discuss these challenges because she only thinks about how she can afford to get more help.
