After the massive success of Irumudi, Ravi Teja is set to headline a horror thriller directed by Vivek Athreya, which has already emerged as one of the much-awaited projects in Tollywood. Since it marks Ravi Teja’s immediate outing after Irumudi, expectations are naturally high.
Adding to the buzz, reports suggest that seasoned actor J D Chakravarthy is being considered for a crucial antagonist role in the film. The filmmaker is currently overseeing the casting process, and according to the latest industry buzz, Chakravarthy has reportedly been roped in to lock horns with Ravi Teja.
J D Chakravarthy was recently seen in Gayapadda Simham and has been taking up interesting character roles of late. He shot to fame with his portrayal of the rogue student in Ram Gopal Varma’s Shiva and later played a similar shade in Josh, starring Naga Chaitanya.
Meanwhile, Priyanka Mohan and Anaswara Rajan are reportedly being considered for the female leads. Bridge Productions will bankroll the project, which is expected to be formally launched on the occasion of Dussehra.
If the reports turn out to be true, the Ravi Teja–J D Chakravarthy face-off could add another interesting dimension to this horror thriller.
