Megan welcomed Saga in March 2025, and before that, it was revealed that the actress and her child’s father, Machine Gun Kelly, would just ‘co-parent’.
The couple started dating in 2020, and it was in 2024 that they split. Coming back to Megan’s revelation, she also recently revealed that this is the first time that she didn’t have her delivery in hospital; rather, she welcomed her baby girl at home. The actress said:
“She’s also the first one I didn’t have in a hospital. I had her at home, in a tub, in the backyard, outside by a fire pit.”
According to Megan, when she had her other kids, she had to start working right away, given that she was young and had to work, but after welcoming Saga, that changed, and she says she has chosen to be ‘more present’.
As Megan Fox was not that present soon after the birth of her other kids, she felt somewhat mentally and physically affected, but now she has formed a peaceful connection with her daughter, as she gets to spend time with her. Megan feels guilty now when she has to leave her kid at home, even for a while. Speaking more about the same, she said:
“Even for me, when I’m with my daughter all the time, I still feel guilty stepping away to make phone calls, get a massage or do things that I need to do for my well-being or career. I still feel guilt even though I’m with her all day, every day.”

Megan Fox appeared at the special screening of Jennifer’s Body, a movie that was not widely celebrated initially; however, it eventually saw a cultural shift. To celebrate the same, a special screening was hosted in October 2025, a few months after she welcomed her baby. In a recently released video, Megan was seen speaking for Letterboxd’s Four Favorites segment.
Netizens felt she looked totally different, and the criticism was so heavy that the channel disabled comments. Her fans defended her, saying she had her baby a few months before the video was shot, so gaining weight was normal.
