Katie Price’s estranged husband Lee Andrews issued an update after speculation he had died days after his release from prison was confirmed.
Lee Andrews is out of prison and already the stories are mounting up – again. Just hours after returning to social media, Katie Price’s ex Lee was accused of trying to fake his own death in a desperate bid for attention.
His ex Alana Percival shared a screenshot to Instagram. The disturbing post appeared to indicate that Lee had died. But he quickly moved to play down any such tragedy.
Changing his Instagram bio, which no longer features Katie, Lee simply wrote: “Very much alive.”
Alana said she had been questioned about Lee by a number of people. Before Lee confirmed he is still alive, she said: “To everyone messaging me asking if Lee has passed away… I don’t know… Lee lies so so much and told me he was dying once (which was a lie) so I don’t know what to believe seeing this!

“He is a very unwell person and is someone that would do this for attention or planning something, or trying to make people feel sorry for him. He is sick regardless. But the answer is, I don’t know…”
She then added: “Says he’s been hacked… more like wasn’t getting a lot of Instagram views so wanted some sort of attention and views, soon he’ll be showing you all his insights saying ‘thank you for all the support’. F***ing sick sick man.”
She went on: “Hacked and back within an hour. Man thinks everyone is thick. Everyone sees through this. He has deep serious issues. I just received 100s of messages with this and within 10 mins and me already saying it won’t be true after he uses this stunt when he isn’t getting enough attention like he did with me, if this didn’t show you how poorly this man really is then you got something wrong with you!!!”
It comes days after Lee admitted he is ready to move on with a “younger model” after his split from Katie Price. The former glamour model, 48, pulled the plug on her whirlwind marriage after less than a year together after Lee found himself behind bars.
Now, despite denying any wrongdoing or lies, Lee has accepted his life will be away from Katie – and he’s on the lookout for a new partner. Lee claims he wants to date someone with ‘prospects’.
But he says there’ll be no more proposing – at least while he is still married to the mum-of-five. After revealing he had been released from Al-Awir prison in Dubai, Lee seemingly made a jibe at his estranged wife.
Speaking in texts to the Daily Mail he said he is “on the look out for a much younger model” when it comes to a new relationship. He added: “‘I feel I’d be more appreciated with a partner late 20s early 30s with prospects already on the horizon.
“However I won’t be acting on any proposals as I remain still married but not together with Katie.. wouldn’t embarrass us this way as I’d keep all my personal affairs private.”
