Hyderabad: Three persons were drowned in a pond at Manur in Sangareddy district on Friday. However, a boy managed to escape by holding a tree branch.
The deceased have been identified as Narasimha Reddy, his brother Sangareddy, and Narasimha Reddy’s wife Krishnaveni. It is reported that they had gone to wash clothes and fell into the pond.
The boy, who fell ill, has been taken to the hospital and is receiving treatment, according to police.
