Keegan Allen recently found himself in trouble and got the scare of his life while walking the streets of Los Angeles. According to reports, Keegan, who is best known for his appearance on Pretty Little Liars, was robbed at gunpoint in Hollywood. The actor later took to his Instagram to post a video where he can be seen in a bloodied condition.
What happened to Keegan Allen during the robbery?
On Thursday night, October 8, 2026, Keegan Allen was in the parking lot of the Laurel Supply supermarket in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, when the horrifying incident took place. Security footage of the robbery shows the actor loading items he bought from the high-end grocery store into his truck’s rear passenger side when two masked men approached him. The police revealed that the men in question were wearing all-black clothes.
They further said that one of the robbers shoved a handgun in Keegan Allen’s face, while the other suspect asked the Pretty Little Liars star to hand over the watch and bracelet that he was wearing. Following this, the robber with the gun struck Allen in the face with the pistol, although he only managed to snatch the watch before fleeing with his accomplice in a vehicle.
The police and paramedics were called to the site of the robbery, and Keegan Allen was treated for a head laceration. While he was not transported to the hospital, the actor said on social media that he did go for a checkup and believed that he would be “OK.” He also said that he suspected he had a concussion, saying he is “def concussed.”

Keegan Allen also posted a video on Instagram which showed the condition he was left in, with an open wound on his forehead. While bleeding profusely from the injury, he said:
“These two guys hit me in the head and pointed a gun and a knife at me, and then they left. They had masks on and took my watch. They took my watch. Damn.”
Keegan Allen was super upset that the robbers threatened to kill him just for his watch. He believes that God saved him and went on to call out Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Governor Gavin Newsom over the increasing crime rate in the city. He said:
“West Hollywood is not safe anymore. Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two young men who threatened to kill me for my watch and would have done it! God said not tonight. My life for a watch. Let’s hope that all these flock cameras that Karen Bassla, Gavin Newsom, and everyone thinks will stop crime can find these very dangerous criminals.”
As per the Citizen app, the watch in question that the robbers targeted Keegan Allen over was a Rolex. But Allen clarified in the comments of his post that even though his watch being stolen was a bummer, he was more upset that another human being would threaten his life over an accessory. Replying to a fan, he explained:
“Ya the watch is a bummer, but having a gun and a knife in my face and then being brutally hit across the face and head was so unnecessary.”
Fans have been left tremendously worried about Keegan Allen ever since he posted the video. They agreed that it was a really scary situation for anyone to be in and wished that the actor would stay safe. A user wrote, “Oh my god, what? I’m so sorry this happened! I hope you’re okay. Stay safe, please!” Another wrote, “OMG. Hope you are fine. I’m really sorry. Stay safe, hugs.” Allen promised his followers that he would update them more about the incident soon.
