The Texans registered their first win of the season Sunday, and then pulled off a huge trade.

Houston has agreed to a deal to acquire wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. and a 2027 seventh-round pick from the Cardinals in exchange for a 2027 second-rounder and a 2027 sixth-rounder, according to ESPN.

Harrison, the fourth overall pick in the 2024 draft out of Ohio State, had been informed by the Cardinals that he would be traded after he’d expressed unhappiness with his reduced role in the offense.

Even before the trade was reported, he was listed as inactive for Sunday’s game against the Lions.

Harrison, the 24-year-old son of Hall of Fame receiver Marvin Harrison, had just five receptions on 13 targets in Arizona’s first four games this season.

He had 62 receptions for 880 yards and eight touchdowns as a rookie in 2024 and just 41 catches for 608 yards in 12 games last year.

Houston started the season with an 0-4 record before posting a 26-3 road win Sunday over Tennessee in a battle of previously winless teams.
